Tenant Finder Service Fixed fee - £295 plus VAT

● Advising as to the potential rental income

● Advertising and generally marketing the property in appropriate ways to find a suitable tenant

● Vetting prospective tenants and taking up references including bank reference, employer or previous landlord reference and character reference. Fee of £50 per applicant.

● Preparing the Tenancy Agreement and signing on your behalf if required

● Arranging for the legally required compliance checks and paperwork for the Property. This may include a gas safety record, an energy performance certificate, mains electrical testing and portable appliance testing, if applicable. All costs will be borne by the Landlord.

● Arranging viewings using the keys supplied or in coordination with the current occupier.

● Collecting the first months rent and paying this over to the client (less the fee for the letting service) when the Tenant has taken possession of the property

● Passing the deposit to the landlord

Rent Collection
5% of monthly monthly rent plus letting fee of £250 plus VAT

Our Rent Collection service ensures that not only will we find you a suitable tenant, but we’ll also take care of collecting monthly rent payments.

All you need to do is organise the maintenance of your property.
